As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing to placing candidates in technical roles.
You will work with a range of clients in various sub-industries, so adaptability and a passion for building strong relationships is essential.

The roleConducting candidate interviews to assess their technical abilities, experience, and cultural fit.
Identifying, sourcing, and engaging with top technical talent across various platforms and networks.
Managing relationships with existing clients and developing new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Building and maintaining a database of qualified candidates and proactively sourcing new candidates.
Providing guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiating job offers and compensation packages on behalf of clients and candidates.
Keeping up to date with industry trends and market insights to stay ahead of the competition.
Candidate Profile
Experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
Experience working in a recruitment agency environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and candidates.
Experience with technical recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems.
An understanding of the technical job market and trends, as well as the ability to learn quickly about new industries.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A passion for delivering excellent service to clients and candidates.
