Our client is an international law firm who are looking for a Benefits & Reward Manager to join their HR team, on a permanent basis.
Salary:
£50k-£65k
The main responsibilities for the Benefits & Reward Manager will be to lead the reward, benefits and wellbeing agenda for the firm, with the support of an Assistant.
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
The Benefits & Reward Manager will ideally have five years' experience within compensation review and salary benchmarking experience. It is essential to possess high level numerical & analytical skills with the ability to analyse market data in excel and other software tools while making data driven decisions. The right candidate will have excellent stakeholder management skills. The Benefits & Reward Manager will have the ability to lead and motivate, be professional and possess high attention to detail.
