Graduate Traffic Engineer - Yate Area
We are looking for a Graduate Traffic Engineer to work for a Highways and Transport Engineering Consultancy.

They cover:

Highway Engineering
Traffic Engineering
Transport Planning
Layout Design and Masterplanning

They are looking for a Graduate Traffic Engineer, focusing on the engineering techniques to achieve the safety and efficiency of people and goods on roads.

Traffic Engineering helps:

Optimize Road Space
Develop Road Safety Strategies
Implement Traffic Collision Reduction Measures
Road Safety measures

This role covers:

Road Safety schemes
Speed limits
Parking and Weight Restrictions
Safe Lighting

In general, this role helps enhance road safety for everyone.
Driver's license is preferred.

You could come from a Geography Background, or Civil Engineering - both Degrees cover a wide range of the Transport Sector and cover GIS software which you will learn how to use day in day out.
