Description
The position as the Compliance Manager (M and E) is on a permanent basis, and specialises in Property Compliance and management of the staff within the department.
Responsibilities:
This includes:
Responsible for ensuring appropriate arrangements are in place to that all teams and people are effectively managed, have a clear focus on quality, health and safety, customer focus, are motivated to achieve challenging objectives, including its in-house apprentices.
Managing the performance of various members of staff within the Property Services department, providing coaching and identifying development needsFocussing on Health and Safety compliance relating to the Property Services department (gas; electrical; asbestos etc)
To ensure that contract and procurement arrangements are in line with company procedures
Liaising with customers to assess opportunities for growth and development within the service area
The ideal person would possess/ have experience in:
Level 5 in a construction related discipline
Evidence of CPD
Experience in managing and developing a team
(Ideally) Senior management experience within a property maintenance sector
Full driving license
