Sales Administrator
A renowned international food wholesaler based in Southwest London seeks a Sales Administrator to join their busy, multicultural team.
The company deals in East Asian food produce and serves the specialist Asian cash and carries, independent supermarkets, and restaurants across London.
They are now seeking an administrator to support sales team.TYPE:
Permanent, full-time
SALARY:
Up to £23.8K DOE
START:

HOURS:
Mon - Fri 9:00-17:30 (Lunch break 30 minutes)
LOCATION:
Southwest London
CORE DUTIES:
- Enter customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate person where needed
- Assist Sales Executives as needed and requested
- Assist in the management of special product lists for customers
- Communicate clearly with other departments to make sure that customer requirements are met
- Work closely with Logistics to ensure smooth delivery and high standard of customer service
- Handle returns, complaints and other claims from customers, and coordinate with the necessary department(s) to resolve problems
- Work with Accounts to resolve questions about customer credit limits or payments
- Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for WHF's business and products in order to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain all aspects of administration to a high standard and be committed to achieving tight customer SLAs
- Ensure adherence to relevant legislation as well as company procedures and standards
- Perform any other reasonable management requests as needed
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience in administration, customer service and/or sales
- Advanced computer skills for data entry and communication
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Pegasus Opera 3 financial software**training to be provided as needed
- Polite, helpful phone manner
- Understanding of wholesale trade helpful
- Knowledge of Japanese/Asian/ethnic foods helpful
- Customer focused individual
- Dynamic personality
- Welldeveloped interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
- Able to respond quickly to operational demands
- Business level English, Japanesespeaking ability is advantageous
