    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Real Estate Lawyer to join this esteemed team.

    As a key member of the firm, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and strategic guidance on a wide range of commercial real estate matters.


    Lead and manage complex commercial real estate transactions from inception to completion, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, financing, and development projects.


    • Provide legal counsel and negotiate agreements, contracts, and leases on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments to identify potential issues and devise effective solutions.
    • Advise clients on property investment strategies, asset management, and portfolio optimization.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and market dynamics to provide proactive and strategic advice to clients.
    • Mentor junior associates and contribute to their professional development through guidance, training, and knowledge sharing.


    Qualified solicitor with extensive experience (6+ years) in commercial/corporate real estate law, preferably gained at a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.


    • Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales is preferred.
    • Strong expertise in handling a broad spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and financing.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
    • Membership in the Law Society of England and Wales or equivalent professional body is preferred.
