- Development and proactive management of an account specific HSEQ plan to drive continuous improvement
- Support, coach and mentor the account operational teams to enhance HSEQ focus and drive shared ownership
- Ensure adherence to the ISS UK Integrated Management System and client specific processes
- Embed ISS HSEQ programmes such as Near Hits, Safety Leaders, and Safe Behaviours
- Collaborate with senior HSEQ management on the development of AssessNet and similar systems
- Closely support local ISS management with incident investigations to identify root causes and associated actions
- Drive environmental compliance including Aspects & Impacts process
- Control of Contractors – responsibility for developing the process, account wide training and governance to ensure the process is adhered to and opportunities for improvement are identified/escalated
- Previous experience in a similar HSEQ role with knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental processes and legislation
- Experience of operating as a HSEQ Consultant within Facilities Management
- Ability to develop robust relationships to drive positive change
- Experience and knowledge of Quality Standard ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
- Relevant quality related qualifications i.e. Internal Auditor
- Strong communicator, with an ability to inspire confidence
- Ability to work in a fast paced and reactive environment
- Understands the relationship between operational success and compliance
