- Coach all Team Members daily in processes and procedures.
- Maintain and monitor safe working practices and adhere to the safe working methods and countermeasures implemented.
- Maintain standard work and quality processes to ensure a 'right first time' product to the customer.
- Drive a zero-tolerance mind-set for deviation from the use of quality processes to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
- Operate visual delivery tracking systems in order that commodity status can be seen at a glance.
- Understanding throughput rate to support customer requirements, reporting of all throughputs, improvement and people requirements within given time parameters.
- Support the Health and Safety team in investigations.
- Ensure all MHE Drivers comply with Health and Safety regulations
- At least 3 years' experience with the logistics or automotive industry
- Experience of managing a team of more than 5 people
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications
- Experience within a Tier 1 operation would be beneficial (JIT, Sequencing Packaging & Delivery)
- Experience dealing with customers
- Eligibility to work in the UK

- A full valid UK driving license or appropriate international license allowing you to drive on UK roads
