We are delighted to be assisting our growing client to appoint a Finance Business Partner to their team based in East Leeds.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role will include:

Producing monthly management accounts
Variance analysis
Identifying risks and opportunities
Preparation and review of accounts and budgets
Quarterly forecasting
Building strong working relationships with site managers
Assisting site managers in managing and delivering financial efficiencies
Pricing requests for new and existing business
Reviewing profits against original pricing assumptions
Making recommendations for improvements
Implementing KPIs to ensure cost efficiencies across sites
Managing overhead costs
Accurate accounting and recording of income
Reviewing contracts
Accruals and prepayments management
Posting of bank payments and journals
Audit support
Modelling of key assumptions and trends
People management, carrying out review meetings, developing and supporting others.
CIMA/ACCA Qualified
A problemsolver with strong financial and analytical modelling skills
IT confident with strong MS Excel
Able to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
Keen attention to detail
An excellent communicator and collaborator with strong presentation skills
Able to relay complicated financial information to nonfinance colleagues
Selfmotivated with drive and dedication
Able to deal with multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure
A positive teamplayer
