Taylor Hopkinson is looking to speak with Senior Recruitment Specialists for an exciting opportunity with a leading renewable energy company.
This is a Full-Time staff role in London, UK.Support team to develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top technician talent in alignment with company and customer objectives.
Work closely with Project Managers, Coordinators, and Commercial teams, in terms of identifying suitable technical resources.Act as the experienced lead in recruitment and screening of candidates based on sourcing requirements.
Work closely with team lead, commercial team, and operations team to understand technical requirements to facilitate successful placements.
Support fellow team members as the first port of call for guidance, mentoring and support on recruitment queries.
Building, updating, and maintaining our resource database.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting values and culture of the company.
Maintaining agreements with sub-suppliers on recruitment
Continuously identify improvements and opportunities in the recruitment process
Supporting lead tasks such as delegating tasks within the Recruitment team, ensuring that recruitment processes are continually monitored and improved, and achieving set tasks and KPIs.
Relevant education with Communications, Human Resource Management, or similar.Proven experience as a senior recruitment specialist or similar, preferably in the wind turbine or renewable energy industry
Experience with recruitment, branding, can lead a team as a senior member.
Outgoing, proactive and can deliver quality under pressure.
Relationship-building and networking skills.
Experience working in MS Office.
English skills must be B2 or higher.
