Learning and Development Trainer/Designer

Location:
BMW Academy, Wokefield Park Estate


Working Arrangement:
Hybrid Working - 2 days a week based from the Academy. (Doesn't matter which days these are)


Salary:
£35,000-£39,000

About the Role:

We're working with a training provider who are seeking a talented Learning and Development Trainer/Designer to join their team.


This role offers the unique opportunity to blend your passion for design and training while contributing to the development of their suite of training programs across various non-technical programs including; Aftersales, Sales, Product, Leadership and Brand.


SME's are all in place so no previous Automotive experience is required - the important part is that you have a good understanding/experience of L&D.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver inspiring and innovative training programs across the Academy
  • Collaborate with Assessors, Coaches, and Trainers to ensure effective delivery of training
  • Develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing training content
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards in program design and delivery
  • Perform training administration tasks including certificate issuance and preparation

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in course design and instructional technology
  • Proficiency in design packages such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, InDesign, etc.
  • Strong visual design skills and ability to storyboard effectively
  • Knowledge of training design methodologies and technologies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
