TECHNICAL MANAGER

SW LONDON

SALARY RANGING FROM £70,000 - £80,000

We are working with one of London's market-leading Developers, who are currently on the hunt for a Technical Manager to work on one of their mixed-use schemes in SW London and potentially on a few other projects too.

The project in SW London is due to be ongoing for several more years, and as this is a permanent position, once this project is over you will be placed onto another.

You will be reporting directly to the Technical Director.

Main Duties

• Plan and deliver all technical aspects of the programme and projects
• Work with relevant parties to monitor and report on the technical teams progress
• Attend production meetings
• Mentor Technical Coordinators
• Oversee the distribution of technical information
• Appoint and manage external consultants
• Liaising with the sales team

To be considered for the role, you must have experience working in the role of a Technical Manager on large, RC frame developments, for a Developer/Main Contractor.
