- A passion for using the very best quality produce in the kitchen
- An eye for details overseeing your own work and the work others, always eager to help with a positive problem-solving approach

- Creative as well as happy to comply with requirements

Pastry Sous Chef
Location: Mayfair, Exclusive Private Members Club
Salary: £45,000 - £49,000 per annum plus benefits
Shifts: 2 double (9am-11pm) and 3 single (9am-4pm) closed Sundays
The Sous Chef will help delight their customers with exceptional desserts in their exclusive private members club consisting of two small restaurants.
Managing a team of 2 Chef de Parties - you must be self-sufficient, a good team leader, team player and work to high standards.
