As the Automation Test Manager at this insurer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will lead a team of automation test engineers and collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive the implementation and execution of automated testing strategies.

You'll be responsible for

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated testing frameworks and processes.
• Define test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Manage and mentor a team of automation test engineers, providing guidance and support in test automation best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews of test automation code and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to test automation.
• Analyze test results and work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to software testing and quality assurance.

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Azure or other Cloud-based Technologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of automation test engineers.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
