- Level 2 swimming teaching qualification (training available for suitable applicants)
- Instructing swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre's swimming lesson program, based on qualification, training, and experience
- Engaging with children's parents/guardians regarding their progress and offering guidance on their advancement in the program
- Assisting in overseeing customers in the swimming pool and surrounding areas to ensure safety and discipline
- Exceptional communication abilities with a sincere enthusiasm for working closely with customers

As we expand our program, we are seeking Swim England Level 2 qualified professionals or equivalent to integrate into our amiable and skilled team at Freedom Leisure. Join us as we recruit candidates to further enrich our team.
You will play a pivotal role within our superior swimming program, facilitating group or individual lessons. A fervor for swimming and teaching is essential to upholding exceptional customer service standards consistently.
