Description
Are you looking for a new part-time job that's packed with satisfaction you'd struggle to find anywhere else? Then look no further, we're on the lookout for new *female colleagues in to join our amazing #TeamNLCS in Coatbridge and Bellshill on a permanent part-time (16 to 30 hours per week) permanent basis.
The Role
As a Support Practitioner, we'll guarantee you heaps of job satisfaction. No two days are ever the same. You'll play a HUGE part in making a difference in the lives of people living with disabilities and additional support needs in YOUR local community.
The individuals we support live in the Coatbridge & Bellshill areas and you'll provide support with all aspects of their daily living, including cooking and meal planning, household tasks, personal care, medication, and managing finances.
As well as helping the people we support in their own homes, you'll support them to do the things they want to do out in the community, including going to the football and gym, visiting museums, playing board games, day trips and going to the cinema. You'll also support them to maintain relationships with their friends and family.
Your support will enable the individuals to not only maintain their independence and continue to live in their own homes; you'll also help them to play an active part of their community too.
About You
You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and we'll give you all the training you'll need if you're successful. We'll pay you for your training and will even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too
All we'll need you to bring is: -
