    A great opportunity here for a Supply Chain Manager to join a Global powerhouse in their sector.

    You'll be managing the end-to-end supply chain through management of 3PLs and import/export of the products.

    It's an opportunity for someone with management experience to experience a unique business and bring their own expertise to try and improve SLAs and processes.

    They're a big player in the UK and EU commodities market, servicing customers globally including US & Asia. With over 60 thousand employees worldwide you'd be joining a stable, yet growing business.

    The Role

    You'll have a range of responsibilities which service the business' supply chain needs. Ultimately, you'll be the key link between business needs and the service providers / partners of the business.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Manage 3PL relationships (logistics, inventory, warehousing).
    • Lead and nurture a supply chain team to ensure strategic goals are met and executed accurately.
    • Lead SLA reviews with current 3PLs and check in on agreed KPIs.
    • Look at ways to improve processes.
    • Be actively involved with optimization projects / mergers / new supplier tenders.

    The Person

    • End-to-end supply chain experience within a global business.
    • Strong understanding of EU/UK supply chain (import and export).
    • Must have experience in managing a team (2+).
    • Experience of ERP systems (JDE, SAP, Navision).
    • Post-Brexit UK trade and customs compliance advantageous.

    Salary up to £65k for the right candidate
