    • Overseeing key business processes.
    • Managing the day-to-day running of the Centre.
    • Creating and monitoring projects and teams.
    • Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
    • Supporting the Senior Managements vision and process ideals.
    • Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.
    • Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
    • Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations.
    • Makes sure the working environment maintains access to quality equipment.
    • Any other duties assigned as required.

    Person Specification:

    • Ideally two or more years' experience in an operations management role, preferably in Higher Education.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant discipline (Project Management)
    • Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control of branch operations and customer service.
    • Proficiency in business negotiation processes and knowledge of business productivity.
