- Overseeing key business processes.
- Managing the day-to-day running of the Centre.
- Creating and monitoring projects and teams.
- Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
- Supporting the Senior Managements vision and process ideals.
- Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.
- Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
- Responsible for the production, procurement, and planning of daily operations.
- Makes sure the working environment maintains access to quality equipment.
- Any other duties assigned as required.
- Ideally two or more years' experience in an operations management role, preferably in Higher Education.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant discipline (Project Management)
- Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control of branch operations and customer service.
- Proficiency in business negotiation processes and knowledge of business productivity.
