- Building & maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Proactively contacting customers over the phone and expanding customer accounts
- Continuously monitoring customer process, proactively addressing issues
- Assisting customers configuring their account settings & providing training on products
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Gather customer feedback & identify areas for improvements for customer retention
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Account Manager or similar position
- Some experience in property or tech would be ideal
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships
- Happy to get involved in onboarding and training customers when required
- Confident in picking up the phone or arranging virtual calls with clients
- Proactive, analytical, solution orientated mindset, and able to identify areas for growth
- Strong focus on achieving targets and delivering results
