    Description

    We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Manager who has excellent knowledge and understanding of digital channels, tools, strategies and best practices.

    You will join our communications team, as we continue to help people to discover and enjoy our destinations and learn more about the work we do to look after Scotland's national forests and land.

    Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Senior Digital Manager to deliver our wider digital communications strategy and to deliver key digital projects.
  • Line manage a small team of content writers to produce high quality, accessible, user-centred content for use across our digital channels.
  • Lead the day-to-day management and maintenance of our digital platforms and assets ensuring they are secure, smooth running, fully compliant and meet all expected quality standards.
  • Assess and workflow digital content requests, knowing when to deliver as requested and when to use your expertise to sell in better and more effective solutions.

  • The role will have a base location of Edinburgh. However, this is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will be based between office and home, with occasional travel and overnight stays required.
