Job Description
After the successful acquisition of a €400m hyperscale data centre project in Finland, a market leading general contractor with a turnover of over €1bn is actively seeking a Project Director to lead the scheme. This scheme is due to commence in the coming weeks and this business are putting together a specialist management team to deliver it.
As Project Director you will have full operational, design and commercial control, reportable to the Business Unit Lead. With the order book complete for several years, there is excellent scope for a career ambitious individual to play a pivotal role in helping the growth and expansion of the business over the coming years.
In terms of experience, someone coming from a data centre background is advantageous however not a necessity. Project delivery ability, proven track record, knowledge of CSA and M&E packages experience is key. You will be working for a market leading contractor that operates a diverse business model and demands modern health and safety and employee engagement practises.
