Hours:
Monday to Thursday 07:30am till 16:30 - Friday 7:30am till 13:00


Salary:
£31,000 dependent on exp

We are looking for an experienced time served Fabricator Welder who is skilled in both MIG and TIG welding to join a thriving, well established and supportive International Engineering company based in Winsford.


Your duties will see you primarily perform fabrication, MIG and TIG welding on all gauges of material both mild and stainless steel, with Mig welding experience in high grade materials and mixed metal welding.


You will be supported by an excellent team and fantastic management who are encouraging, friendly and passionate about what they do.

The work environment is exceptionally clean and well maintained with excellent equipment being used by the team. We want you know you will be joining a great company

We are looking for someone who can fulfill the below requirements:

  • Welding duties on mild and stainless material
  • Tacking, welding, polishing and dressing as required
  • Must have a recognised qualification in Welding or have served an apprenticeship in Welding.
  • Must hold or be able to achieve a coded standard of welding
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
  • Experienced in Mig welding stainless, mild steel and dissimilar materials
  • Experienced in Tig welding
  • General welding duties ability to read and understand engineering drawings
  • Dressing of welds, Polishing, and graining on stainless steel fabrications as required
  • Amada CNC laser and/or press brake experience an advantage
  • Work to and achieve deadlines
