In addition, you will be the point of reference for our London office (20% of your time).

You will keep our office running smoothly while assisting with special projects and employee experience initiatives, working closely with our People and IT teams, as well as regional leaders.


This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is highly organized, enjoys both internal and external stakeholder management, and is interested in learning the ins and outs of a high-functioning recruiting process and how to build strong teams.

Partnering with a wide range of teams here, you'll make an impact across the company through the relationships you build both internally and externally.


What You'll Do:


  • Talent Acquisition Coordination_
  • Work with hiring managers across the organization to define and organize the interview process for new searches
  • Prepare Via's team before all interviews and promptly gather and share feedback with hiring managers
  • Support sourcing efforts to find the best talent
  • Office Management_
  • Manage logistics and invoicing for Via's London office and improve our existing processes
  • Come up with creative and efficient solutions to improve employee experience
  • Help organize memorable events to contribute to team cohesion and retention
  • Help IT troubleshoot inoffice technical issues
  • Coordinate employee travel, as needed
  • Work closely with our People team to ensure that new joiners have a great first day experience
  • Be the goto person with all the Via office answers

Who You Are:


  • At least 2 years of work experience, including internships, in any of these functions: talent coordination, recruitment, office management, event planning, executive assistance
  • Reliable, independent, and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong time management skills; you know how to prioritize multiple ongoing tasks
  • A savvy, tactful, and graceful communicator you intuitively find the right tone in every situation
  • Highly organized and detailoriented
  • An optimist: you keep a "cando" mentality and are eager to take on new challenges
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • The following would be an asset but are not a must have: fluency in Dutch, French, German, Spanish, Italian or another European language
