    Roles and Responsibilities:

    Candidate is responsible for the sales to existing BFSI clients in UK & Europe region covering mainly Banking and Insurance sector and with primary ownership of New Growth in the regionRevenue growth in identified customer domain and achieving sales targetsQualification of leads in account & follow up to closureNetworking with technology groups, user groups, and partner contacts in the areaIdentify the need for engagement of supporting resources in accounts to secure the winStrategic planning for the region around BFSI sectorCo-ordinate with pre-sales in generating customer proposals.

    Be responsible for the output on customer proposalsGenerate and deliver custom presentations to customers and partner contactsParticipate on project kickoff meetings
    Requirements
    self-motivated with a proven track record in selling of technology services into BFSI and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization10+ years of relevant experience in technology sales (preferably technology service sales but experience in BFSI vertical to speak the client language, especially Banking or Insurance)Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent preferredProven success in achieving or exceeding sales quota in IT service industryStrong presentation and communication skillGood inter personal skills and ability to work with teamsWillingness to travel across the region to customer sites / meetingsAbility to quickly adapt to and understand the business model and common challenges of a variety of customer industries and company sizeProven solution and service sellingExperience navigating companies of varying sizes to reach decision makers, including C-levelExperience with managing multiple client relationships at onceIntermediate knowledge of spoken German would be added advantage
