Description

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a service coordinator to join our team, to deliver a professional and customer focussed service to our clients.

This role is based in our office in Oldham, with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.


Vergo **has over 40 years of experience in the pest industry and is the largest independent national pest service provider in the UK today. Vergo is a national business with staff geographically spread across the UK and Northern Ireland. Our comprehensive range of pest management services includes rodent control, bird management, insect control, and wildlife management.


Key Duties:

We are looking for someone with an excellent telephone manner and strong written and verbal communication skills.


Your main duties will include:

  • Receive calls from clients and accurately log onto our inhouse systems
  • Liaise between clients, technicians and managers to ensure visits are completed and resolved to the clients satisfaction
  • Maintain exceptional levels of customer service & customer care standards
  • Working to targets to achieve service level agreements
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
  • Other ad hoc customer service and admin duties as required by the needs of the business

About you:


  • Experience working in a customer service based role
  • Excellent Customer service skills, with a client focused approach
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure as part of a busy team
  • Strong organisational skills, able to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Able to use initiative and work unsupervised
  • A team player, with strong work ethic, taking pride in their work
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly
