- Provide 1st line support to internal and external customers, logging tickets via calls and email
- Logging and tracking of incidents through to completion
- Testing of software for end user deployment
- Performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Act as a line of contact between clients and internal development to communicate all product related escalations
- 1st line Technical Support Experience
- 3+ years experience of supporting a range of technologies, any experience of supporting bespoke software would be beneficial but not essential
- Strong communication skills
