Description
As a legal secretary, you will be working within the probate team and be responsible for producing a wide range of documents to a high standard of accuracy and detail and be instrumental in the delivery of excellent service.
It is essential that you have strong typing skills both in speed and accuracy.You must have worked in a fast-paced office environment and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues across the firm and a proactive and flexible approach to work is key.

Your main duties will include:
- Proactively manage fee earners diaries.
- Assist with any account queries.
- Maintain client information spreadsheets and/or databases.
- Arrange internal and external meetings.
- Create and format documents proficiently.
- Format and amend documents.
- Big Hand transcription.
