Call Assist specialises in providing 24/7 vehicle assistance services, primarily following a breakdown or accident.

We reach our customers fast by working with our networks of independent Recovery Operators situated throughout the UK and Europe.


Call Assist works with many companies providing a rescue service on their behalf, either behind their brand or under the Call Assist Rescue brand.

Anyone who has broken down on a busy motorway or suffered an accident late at night can relate to our motivation in taking the stress away from our customers and professionally manage the situation in a considerate manner.

To help us to provide the very best service, we are looking for a Rescue Co-ordinator to join our Colchester & Sudbury offices.


Job purpose & Training:

  • Dealing with inbound calls from customers who require breakdown recovery on behalf of our brand and other partners.
  • There is no selling involved and you will not be cold calling.
  • Our training is 4 weeks of officebased learning plus 2 weeks live phone training with a mentor.
  • This training is fully paid.

Hours:
Permanent working hours will be agreed in the interview and those hours will commence after the training period. All employees have set shifts and working patterns.

  • January 2023.

Essential skills, knowledge & experience:

  • Competent in Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous telephonebased call centre experience ideally preferred but not essential

Salary:


The salary is dependent on age:

  • 16 to 20
  • £6.83p/h
  • 21 to 22 £9.18 p/h
£9.50 p/h
