    Your New Role...

    The Director, Workforce & Strategy role will focus on DEI Learning and will take the strategic global lead for developing and upskilling WBD leaders and workforce on their individual DEI competencies to become visible, confident and authentic DEI leaders, allies & storytellers.

    As Director, Workforce & Strategy, you will foster close partnerships with Learning & Development to embed DEI principles within core L&D programs. Partner with regional DEI Leads and DEI COE's to elevate leaders to better perform their role in the DEI space and generate tools that support leader to take ownership as allies, sponsors and effectively measure their personal and enterprise impact.

    Your Role Accountabilities...

    • Development of DEI Learning sessions and accompanying resources to ensure leadership and workforce build DEI Competencies; maximize impact of executive leadership involvement.
    • Partner with global vendors on the delivery of the above learning journeys as needed.
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of emerging issues and trends in DEI, including relevant DEI topics, practices, policies and principles and serve as a strategic partner and collaborator to key PC, and DEI stakeholders to ensure DEI foundations and practices are embedded at every stage of employee life cycle.
    • Build and maintain partnership with WBD L&D COE to embed DEI Principles within L&D programs.
    • Serve as a partner to Business Units to review Policies across WBD to ensure foundational DEI Principles are embedded.
    • Serve as a DEI thought partner and leader by maintaining advanced, in-depth knowledge of the industry, including practices, trends, policies and principles.

    Qualifications & Experience...

    • Significant experience in Learning and Development within workplace diversity, equity and inclusion, in the development of enterprise-wide DEI learning strategy and learning journey for employees and leaders and partnering with regional DEI team to localize as needed.
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing organizational diversity initiatives and a team within a global organization and within multiple international markets.
    • Experience designing and leading leadership and employee facing programs (with Learning focus) and trainings from concept to launch, engaging employees and leadership, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and support.
    • Proven track record of success developing and embedding DEI strategy into Corporate Functions and leading strategic efforts to achieve DEI goals.
