    Description

    This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position based in Bath on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office/2 remote).

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join Rotork, a FTSE 250 organisation, in an exciting part of our global transformation.

    It will be supporting the delivery of the Business Transformation Programme as we deploy Microsoft D365 globally.

    As a PMO Analyst working on our Microsoft D365 Programme, you will be an integral part of the Project Management Office, contributing to the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of key initiatives.

    This role provides a unique opportunity to support the D365 Dependencies Programme Manager in ensuring effective project planning, governance, streamlined processes, and successful delivery within a dynamic and transformative environment.

    Planning
    Working with Project Managers to ensure that there arerobust and sufficiently detailed project plans in place in MSPO.
    Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks aligned with industry best practices.

    Work closely with the D365 Dependencies Programme Manager to ensure adherence to project management standards, methodologies, and compliance requirements.


    Reporting and Analysis:
    Generate and analyse reports to provide insights into project progress, resource utilization, and key performance indicators.
    Prepare regular project status updates and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks.
    Manage project documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
    Facilitate document reviews, approvals, and storage in accordance with project protocols.

    Risk and Issue Management:
    Assist in the identification, assessment, and management of project risks and issues.
    Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.


    Resource Management:
    Support resource planning activities, including allocation, tracking, and reporting.
    Monitor project resource availability and escalate concerns to the D365 Programme Manager as needed.

    This is a hands on role which would suit an experienced PMO Analyst, looking to make a big impact in a FTSE 250 organisation.

    Experience with Microsoft D365 or similar enterprise-level software implementations.
    Experience using MS Project Online, Ms Projector similar PM tool is desirable
    Strong knowledge of programme and project management methods, including planning
