Salary:
£ £38,000We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a renowned company in the catering and kitchen supplies industry, known for over 70 years for their quality products. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to maintain production lines and ensure the smooth running of best-selling products.

Day to Day of the Role:
Maintain production lines to minimise machine downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical or electrical problems as they arise.
Perform diagnostic tests and root cause analysis to resolve issues with machinery or equipment.
Conduct tests on malfunctioning machinery to determine the need for major repairs.
Provide technical support to the team and contribute to a collaborative work environment


Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, hydraulic lines, rollers, chains, bearings, sprockets, and electric motors.
Mechanical bias is preferable.
Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
Proven experience in a long-standing production maintenance role.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic setting
