Bridging Finance Underwriter - Hybrid Working

£35,000 - £50,000 (Salary is negotiable dependent on experience) + Bonuses.


Location:
Altrincham

My client deals with short-term leading for Bridging Finance,

The details for the Bridging Finance Underwriting Role:

  • Analyse an applicant's financial data to determine loan viability and risk.
  • Adhere to the Financial Services lending policy.
  • Interpret and evaluate external credit reference agency data.
  • Undertake thorough applicant and asset due diligence.
  • Preparation of loan package for consideration by internal lending committee.
Requirements for The Bridging Finance Underwriter Role

  • Minimum of two years relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to structure transactions based upon market sector, asset and security.
  • Ability to plan, organise, prioritise and manage time.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker and willing to work in an agile growing company
