A rare and exciting opportunity to join the Executive Director of Nursing, AHPs and Quality team in the position of Assistant Director of Nursing and Quality.

The post holder will provide visible and effective clinical and professional leadership for our nursing workforce, and will lead our professional practice, standards and regulation and safe staffing and workforce agendas.

The post holder will also focus on the quality of education to both undergraduate and post graduate professionals and ensure the Trust is able to influence the education agenda.

You will require excellent communication skills and lead, facilitate and influence several Trust wide projects including nutrition and hydration, Professional Nurse Advocates, Non-medical Clinical Academic career pathways and Advanced Clinical/Nursing Practice.

This post will also support the Executive Director of Nursing AHPs and Quality and Deputy Directors of Nursing on advice regarding all professional matters relating to nursing, including the changing opportunities for roles and responsibilities.
