£44,000 to £48,000 plus 20% Bonuses
Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7 (Monday to Friday / every 3rd weekend)

A reputable retail organization is in search of an energetic and skilled Store Manager to supervise one of their lively store sites. This company is famous for delivering an outstanding shopping experience, offering a diverse selection of premium products such as cosmetics, fragrances, beverages, sweets, and fashion accessories. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a love for retail, known for boosting sales and profitability effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Supervise store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and theft prevention.
- Devise and execute strategies to enhance sales and lift store performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide continuous training and growth opportunities for employees.
- Maintain top-notch store appearance and ensure alignment with company standards and protocols.
- Analyze sales information and market patterns to pinpoint growth prospects.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven background as a Store Manager in a comparable retail management position.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in driving sales and reaching objectives.
- Familiarity with MS Office and retail management systems.
- Willingness to work various shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
