About the role:


The Global Early Careers team within our Recruitment function is responsible for the recruitment, selection, and onboarding for 3 early talent programmes: Graduate Development Programme, Intern/Industrial Placement Programme, Apprentice Programme.

These programmes seek to attract and develop high quality talent to meet the short term and long-term business needs of an ever-changing energy industry.


What you'll do:


What you'll need:


  • Strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate effectively to influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced environment, with strong attention to detail & follow up and exceptional time management
  • This role requires driving and as such a valid driver's license is required
  • Experience using sourcing tools such LinkedIn Recruiter, ideally
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data, ideally.

A salary of £44,000 - £50,000 per annum - dependent on experience
