Role Overview
As the Practice Lead, you will be responsible for managing the B2B Practice.

Leveraging your extensive experience, ideally including Marketo, you will lead a team of experts to deliver tailored Martech solutions, drive client success, and contribute to the growth of the practice.

The Practice Lead will also play a key role in helping clients implement B2B Marketing Automation Platforms from scratch, integrate it with their CRM system, and help set up programs and capabilities.


The day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Lead and mentor a team of B2B Marketing Automation specialists, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
  • Acting as a Consultant | Project Lead | Solutions Architect on a number of client projects.
  • Conduct discovery, design, and implementation phases for projects focusing on driving B2B marketing and sales automation excellence.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Client Services and Sales Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they align with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
  • Work with the team to implement marketing automation programs and processes, with industry best practices and recommendations.
  • Understand the client landscape associated with crosschannel strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with technical resources and architects to define a solution.
  • Lead meetings and workshops with clients. This includes understanding the asis and tobe, design sessions and documentation to enable solution development.
  • Advise clients on Marketing Automation Platform integration with their CRM system and assist in the integration of additional platforms.
  • Work with the team to drive user adoption and support the client on organisationwide change management.
  • Provide insights from industry experience to help guide clients on how to evolve and develop their use of the Marketing Automation Platform.

Qualifications:


The following traits, skills and experience are sought:

  • B2B Marketing Automation experience (Marketo preferred) with demonstrable success in delivering integrated solutions that may include CRM, content management, digital marketing, and/or marketing analytics services.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and customer journey optimisation.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the MarTech industry.
  • Proven experience in a consultancy environment.
  • Experience of leading large multinational implementation projects.
  • Experience providing Business Consultancy and/or Technical Consultancy on B2B Marketing Automation projects.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading highperforming teams.
  • Experience working on technically complex projects involving CRM integrations (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics) and/or CDPs.
  • A strategic and commercial thinker.

Our office is based in Southwark, walking distance from Southwark, Waterloo, Borough and Lambeth North. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:30pm. We have a hybrid working approach which allows for a 50/50 split between home and office working.

Salary:
£75,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
