The role:


The primary purpose is to
lead the delivery management capability for one of the three primary Data & Technology Change portfolios of work - Investments, Operations or Client & Partner Engagement.

This role owns the
planning,
execution and
oversight for all technology and data change for areas in scope and that delivery management
aligns to the prescribed best practices and standards.


Delivery of prioritised
strategic initiatives to improve the technology and data capabilities that underpin business operations today and development of the future investment strategy.


What you'll be doing:


  • Be responsible for the data & technology delivery roadmap, for in scope domains, which visualises the journey to get to the desired target state including proposing optimal sequencing and adjusting based on stakeholder needs/inputs and other imposed constraints

Ensure that the delivery management resources satisfy the in-scope domain's short and long-term needs.

Verify all delivery management practices adhere to the division's standards where applicable

Provide clarity, structure, leadership and vision to your team to connect the activities they perform back to tangible measurable business value and an improved colleague experience.

Communicate the delivery management strategy and approach for in-scope domains to colleagues at all levels. Ensure colleagues and team members have the required skills and training to maximise their delivery management experience


What we are looking for:


  • Experience of operating Agile delivery management processes, preferably gained within an asset management domain
  • Practical experience and knowledge of leading the delivery of operationally robust and resilient technology & data solutions
  • Ability to build highquality, open relationships within the team, and across other divisions
  • Confidence and ability to communicate technical topics with nontechnical audiences

Desirable:

  • Understanding of investment markets, asset classes (public & private) and investment styles.
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering technology & data change within an asset management environment.
