Duties:

As a Crewing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful and efficient crewing and associated transport/accommodation requirements for a defined group of vessels


Your duties will include:

  • Reviewing crewing rota proactively to identify travel requirements to book/coordinate, resulting in, but not limited to:
  • Booking flights
  • Booking crew accommodation
  • Booking transport such as hire cars, taxis, trains
  • Sending out travel letters, confirmations, and any other documentation pertinent to the crew members upcoming travel arrangements
  • Liaising with clients and informing them of upcoming crew changes
  • Monitoring, maintaining and updating crew certificates
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise
  • Reviewing crew hiring requirements and CV's and managing the onboarding process
  • Building and maintaining relationships with crew members within your cluster, communicating with them regularly
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Dealing with travel issues out of hours i.e. cancellations
  • General administrative duties answering the phone, accepting deliveries etc
  • Any other duties instructed by management

Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year
