    Job description


    We are looking for an experienced Talent and Resourcing professional to join the People Team as a Senior HR Manager to lead the Talent and Resourcing team to provide professional expertise and high quality support to the business.


    This is an exciting and challenging role that requires you to be able to manage a quality service, see the big picture, to provide leadership and direction to your team and have the ability to deliver at pace.

    With a commitment to continuous improvement, you will lead on developing and implementing improved ways of working across the team.

    This is a real opportunity to shape both the talent and resourcing workstreams in a vibrant environment.


    You should have experience of leading and managing a team of professionals and of leading on and/or developing and implementing talent management approaches and solutions.

    You will have CIPD membership at Chartered level (or be willing to work towards this) and you will also have a sound understanding of employment legislation.


    Ideally you will be based near one of our head offices, either Inverness or Edinburgh, to meet the requirements of the role.

    However, home working is also supported through our hybrid working arrangements.
