EC Outsourcing are looking for experienced Travel Consultants' to join our inbound sales team at Doxford Park Sunderland. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate travel advisor to work with the fastest growing online travel agency in the UK. You will be selling a vast mix of products including short and long haul destinations and city breaks If you love travel then this job is for you

Our sales team focuses on selling tailor made holidays and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a sales advisor your main objective is to sell package holidays with varying aspects, including hotels, transfers, and flights so we need you to be highly focused while providing a fun exceptional experience for customers, they're at the forefront of everything we do.


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Responding to telephone based enquires from the website or referrals
  • Understanding the customer's needs and tailoring the holiday to suit the customer
  • Delivering an amazing customer call to create a memorable experience for the customer
  • Providing valueadded customer service in relation to promotions and additional services

Key Tasks/Accountabilities:


  • To strive toward the achievement of Key Performance Indicators whilst maintaining outstanding quality
  • Continuously demonstrate excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing)
  • You will work with your colleagues across the department to identify and highlight trends in any customer queries.
  • Working towards targets and clear objectives set by the business

  • Travel sales experience

**Shift pattern:
- **1 in 3 weekends - weekend shifts 9am - 8.30pm Bank holiday hours 9am - 5pm Normal shift hours vary between 9am - 8.30pm (primarily 9am - 6pm & 12pm - 8.30pm)

**Pay:
- **£10.42ph


OTC:
Uncapped commission with OTE of £30,000 per annum Training and Development: 2 weeks classroom-based training paid.

**Over view of role and duties: - **As an Inbound sales advisor for EC Outsourcing you will mainly be taking inbound calls from customers querying holidays. We need your passion for travel with a fun rapport build, alongside impeccable attention to detail when making a holiday booking with our customers. You may deal with outbound calls if you are completing lead management and calling a customer back.


Your main duties are to take inbound calls from our customers, some of which will already have a holiday destination in mind but not always.

so you will need to use your travel consultancy skills, to build a package from scratch. This includes reserving flights, promoting rooms and board upgrades, working with various hotels and flight providers.


This is an action packed role where customer service plays a massive element, doubled with your vibrant personality and travel knowledge, we need you to be resilient and motivated to put together the dream holiday for our customers.

£22,628.11-£27,306.71 per year
