    You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

    The role provides administration & organisational support to the UK Sales force, aiding and enabling them to deliver the commercial strategy. This role will deliver best in class support to a large team of office based and field/home based sales colleagues. The role covers a varied area of scope and therefore a high level of flexibility will be required to ensure that all associated duties are covered across the team, some of which may be more specific to individual team members.

    How you will contribute

    You will:

  • Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships with those you support
  • Perform duties as needed related to budget, expenses and purchasing processes
  • Answer calls and emails, responding to queries and requests appropriately
  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
  • Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
  • Coordinate all logistics for travel, events, meetings, training, etc. where required

  • This is a hybrid role and you are required to come into the office 3 times a week.

    The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
