What we do:

The role reports to the Vice President, Client Service Delivery with specific responsibility for:

  • Account Transfers process transfers in or transfers out of an account portfolio (ISA/GIA/OSB/SIPP) either from or to another account provider. Account Transfers will liaise with the counterparty to onboard/offboard the assets, input stock expectations/instructions, deal with all incoming and outgoing cash payments, and deal with all transfer paperwork. They will track settlement of all transfers to completion and provide reporting to Clients to track progress.
  • Unit Trust Transfers process unit trust and mutual fund transfers in and out of Pershing nominee companies and will make enquiries with fund managers to resolve overdue items.


Provide quality client service and support to clients on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.


  • Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing updates to client accounts or company records.
  • Executes all correspondent requisites in a timely and accurate manner with an understanding of the underlying business and specific client needs.
  • Responds to client inquiries. Investigates and corrects errors in company records and client accounts.
  • Accurately opens and updates accounts or company records.
  • Provides product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.


Experience & Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of Account Transfers
  • Knowledge of ISA regulations
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Good attention to detail, prioritisation and time management required
  • Client focussed with a willingness to understand and assist with client queries
  • Experience working in a financial services regulated environment desirable
