You will work closely with and support Managers by taking responsibility for managing aspects of the OCR Compliance Team's processes.
The team currently has permanent and fixed term contract positions available.About the role
As a Compliance Assistant Manager, you will support the Managers to maintain and build public, customer and regulatory confidence in OCR's assessments and processes, and help to ensure OCR maintains the integrity of its qualifications and remains compliantwith statutory and regulatory requirements.
You will work with customers, stakeholders, other awarding organisations and OCR leaders to innovate and improve the Compliance Team's processes and OCR's customer experience.
You will be an essential part of a strong, supportive team focused on delivering the right outcomes for our learners.
About you
You will work well under pressure and have experience of problem solving and process management, with the ability to achieve a high level of quality, consistency, and customer service to ensure results are issued on time.
You will be able to investigate, assimilate, analyse, and interpret technical information and be able to act with impartiality, tact, and sensitivity on complex and confidential matters.
Knowledge of OCR and JCQ policies and practices, and Ofqual's General Conditions of Recognition in relation to compliance would be an advantage for this role.
