- To develop the clinical pharmacy service to chronic care medicine across the Trust.
- To run the day to day pharmacy clinical service to the medical wards at Frimley Park Hospital.
- To act as a role model in the field of clinical pharmacy practice and provide a consistently high standard of clinical service in line with the pharmacy objectives.
- To recruit, manage and develop staff under the postholder.
- To support the Clinical Pharmacy Manager with the day to day running of the pharmacy services to the medical teams at the Frimley Park site.
- To support the management, planning and delivery of Pharmacy services to Chronic Medicine at all sites, including Wexham Park. This will include at least one day a week at each site.

Job summary
We are looking for maternity cover to lead the clinical pharmacy services to Chronic Medicine and the Frimley Park Hospital site. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to develop their leadership and management skills.
The post will oversee the day to day running of the team at the Frimley Park site, while having a cross-site overview of the delivery of Chronic medicine (including Rheum, Cystic Fibrosis etc) to the wider Trust.
