Our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme will underpin everything we do for our patients and communities, as well enabling our staff to deliver the best care they can, every day.
We are looking for someone with experience of leading complex digital programmes with who brings energy, enthusiasm and a track record of excellent clinical engagement to manage the complexities of this ambitious and exciting programme.
Develop and maintain sustainable working relationships to engage and communicate with a range of key stakeholders including the Trust Board, Executive team, Senior Managers and wider ICS leaders.
Establish the EPR Programme structure, embedding into the Trust's governance and existing programmes of work, putting in place robust monitoring and reporting processes.
Work alongside suppliers to develop systems and services to integrate and support the implementation and digital transformation.Develop and maintain programme and project systems and processes that contribute/supports the Trust's improvement and transformation programmes

Qualifications/TrainingEducated to Masters Level and / or PhD level or equivalent experience
Evidence of continuing professional development
Experience of delivering widescale Electronic Patient record system(s)
Senior experience in health, care, or related sectors essential
Experience of operating at a senior level and leading within a complex regulated environment
Experience of delivering digital transformation at scale
Broad experience of leading large teams of professional staff within a performance management culture
Experience of working with other statutory and voluntary organisations and the development of joint projects
Experience leading complex and sometime contentious change and transformation at significant scale
Have sound knowledge or Microsoft Products and have standard keyboard skills
A collaborative management style, which recognises and values personal contributions and agenda and encourages team working
The ability to identify, define, promote, communicate and achieve clear organisational values and goals, effective management processes, and rational and timely decision taking
The ability to develop and manage initiatives within financial restraints and deliver to deadlines
Able to lead complex and sometimes contentious change and transformation at scale
