Join us as a Capital & Pricing Advisory Lead

  • We're looking for someone to lead on the development of pricing for Trade and Working Capital products and provide advice and guidance on associated capital related issues to the business
  • You'll be working with senior stakeholders to actively manage the business portfolio in line with strategy and risk appetite
  • This is an opportunity to act as the primary contact between the team and other business functions in the bank to ensure the delivery of key strategic activity

What you'll do:

We're looking for someone to define the shape of and drive delivery of the strategic plan. You'll coordinate pricing framework development and lead key projects. This will involve being at various meetings across the function, including with senior stakeholders.

Additionally, you'll support members of the team and implement appropriate training, along with developing individuals in other business areas on their capital management skills.


You'll also be:

  • Engaging with the business heads and function partners to actively manage the portfolio
  • Supporting senior decision makers with capital information on large transactions
  • Producing advice and guidance for teams on capital efficient structuring options

The skills you'll need:

In this role, you'll need to have broad industry experience gained in a regulatory and commercial environment. You'll also have good communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and representing the function at board level.

You'll also be expected to have:

  • An understanding of how products are priced in the financial services sector
  • Experience of portfolio and capital management tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of the relevant legal policies, regulatory obligations, and risk management
