BUYING ADMIN ASSISTANT
GLOBAL FASHION AND FOOTWEAR BRAND
MANCHESTER (head office based)
up to £23k
Our client a global ladies footwear and online fashion brand are looking to recruit a fashion obsessed Buying Admin Assistant to support the senior buying teams. The successful candidate will ideally have a degree in Fashion Buying and merchandising and at least 6 months experience within a Buying Admin role.
Working with cross functionality with clothing dept
The role
Assisting both the Senior buyers on ladieswear and footwear
Purchase orders
Liaising with overseas suppliers
Critical path
Analysing sales data - looking at weekly and monthly reviews on Styles
Market Analysis
Sample management including tracking, receiving, and labelling
Liaising with factories in China for orders and samples
A working knowledge of competitors, key market trends, customers and channels; produce comp shops with recommendations to positively impact performance
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Candidates must have at least 6 months + experience in a BAA role for a fast fashion online brand
have a degree in fashion buying / merchandising
good excel skills
great knowledge of young ladies online fast fashion
