    Responsibilities

    :
  • Sourcing, researching and prospecting new business opportunities and follow up.
  • Accurately and efficiently entering and cleaning customer information in company database.
  • Make outgoing customer calls to book appointments for the field sales team.
  • Understanding potential clients' business communications requirements.
  • Being able to create and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Booking an agreed number of appointments per day.
  • Reporting on sales opportunities.
  • Training development with new/existing colleagues.
  • Personal commission reporting.
  • Leading Telesales in absence of manager.
  • Qualifications

  • Previous proven telesales, telemarketing or IT experience would be advantageous.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Be self-motivated and target driven.
  • Team working.
  • Problem solving.
  • Previous Telesales Executive preferred
  • Telesales/telemarketing in the IT sector desiriable
