    Role Overview:


    We are seeking a talented and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO)/Head of Product to lead the technical direction and product development efforts at [Your Startup Name].

    The successful candidate will be responsible for product development, technology strategy, and innovation.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of the company's technical strategy and product roadmap.
    • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of highquality products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
    • Manage and mentor the technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a CTO, Head of Product, or senior technical leader, preferably in the [industry] industry.
    • Strong technical expertise and proficiency in software development methodologies and technologies.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Working Hours and Payment:

    • Working hours: 5 hours per week
    • Payment: £35 per hour

    Note:
    During the three-month temporary period, the employee is allowed to work in any other company.

    The future of the company and the candidate's job will depend on the acquisition of the contract with Vena Solutions, anaplan and the employees performance.
