Description
We are recruiting a Technical Facilities Manager for our client, a rapidly expanding FM Services Company.


Operating in the commercial/ office and residential care home sectors the Technical FM will provide M&E/ hard services advice to clients and colleagues as well as oversight and direction to subcontracted engineering firms.


You will procure, direct and manage M&E sub contractors whilst also developing a small in-house team of building services engineers.

You will tender for and lead on M&E projects/ life cycle works such a plant and chiller refurbishments and replacements.

You will also lead on snagging at new build sites (care homes), ensuring the contractor returns to rectify faults and complete the job properly.


This could be a step up for a knowledgeable and ambitious M&E Supervisor/ junior manager, looking to get off the tools and into a more managerial/ advisory role, or would also suit a seasoned technical manager.

The role is expected to grow with the business,so someone looking to grow their career with a young, expanding organisation will be a great fit.

A salary of up to £52k is on offer with a travel allowance and benefits package.
